Important Order Information

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders completed by 10:00 GMT will begin processing on the same business day. Any orders placed after that point move to the next business day’s schedule.
  • Processing Timeline: Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 0–2 business days (Monday through Friday). During periods of heavy demand or unusual circumstances, extra time may be needed.
  • Delivery Window: Shipments usually reach their destination within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday) once dispatched. Please note that travel time may vary depending on location and courier activity.
  • Shipping Cost: We provide free delivery on all UK orders

From Checkout to Dispatch

Once your order has been submitted, you’ll receive an email confirming that it has been received and entered into our system. The order will generally be prepared within 0–2 business days, although processing speed may fluctuate depending on order levels. When your parcel leaves our facility, a tracking link will be emailed to you, allowing you to follow the shipment until it arrives at your address.

Delivery Expectations

Most packages arrive within 1–2 business days after dispatch. While this is the typical timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier schedules, adverse weather, or logistical challenges beyond our control.

All shipments within the United Kingdom are sent free of charge, regardless of product type or order total.

If a Delay Occurs

Should your order take longer than expected, please allow up to 3 additional business days and check the tracking link provided. If delivery still has not taken place, contact us with your order number so that we can assist you further.

Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel, please send your request as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be made before the order has entered processing or shipping. If your order has already been dispatched, you can return it after delivery following our return policy.

Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Deliveries

If the item you received is incorrect or damaged, we’re really sorry about that. Although we do our best to prevent errors, they can sometimes happen. To help us sort it out quickly, please send us clear photos of the issue along with your order details. We’ll review everything and arrange a replacement or send the correct item without unnecessary delay.
