  • We offer the following shipping option:
    • Standard Shipping (free): Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders + Incl. Track and Trace.
3. Estimated Delivery Times:
  • Delivery times depend on your selected shipping method:
    • Standard Shipping: Our normal delivery time is 8 to 12 business days after processing.

4. Tracking Information:

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped.
  • Use the provided tracking number to monitor the status and delivery progress of your package.

5. Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to prevent delivery issues.

    10. Rejected/Unclaimed Items:

    • If a delivery is refused or a package is not collected, the item will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we offer a partial refund of 75% of the order value (minimum £20). The remaining 25% will be retained as a restocking fee to cover the costs of restocking.
    • Alternatively, customers can also opt for a free reshipment. However, this option must be reported to us within 15 days of receiving the notification about the refused or unclaimed package.
