Return Policy Overview:

  • Return Window: If something’s not quite right, no worries. You can return items within 30 days of delivery.
  • No Restocking Fees: Returns are free. We don’t charge any fees.
  • Refund Timeline: Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund within 7 days.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping isn’t covered, so you'll need to handle that part.

Am I eligible to return my order?

To return an item, please make sure it is unused, in its original condition, and includes all tags, labels, and packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Returns requested after 30 days can’t be processed. To start a return, please contact our customer support.

What’s the process for returning an item?

First, contact us with your order details and reason for return (plus photos if you have them). Once approved, we will send you return instructions. Just pack the item securely, using the original packaging if you can, and ship it back. We recommend tracked shipping, and customers cover the return costs. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

How does the refund process work?

Once we’ve checked your returned item, we will refund your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account. We will send you an email as soon as the refund is processed.

Need to Exchange?

If you want to exchange an item for a different size, model, or variant, just contact us with your order details and exchange request. Once approved, we will send you return instructions. After we receive your return, we will send out the replacement. Exchanges depend on stock availability and if the item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

How do I request an order cancellation?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but if your order is already being processed or shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. In that case, you can return the item after delivery by following our return procedure.

Who can I contact about a missing, incorrect, or damaged delivery?

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, we’re really sorry for the trouble. Please take clear photos of the problem, including the packaging if possible, and contact us with your order number and the images. Once we verify the issue, we will offer a suitable solution like a replacement or refund. We take these matters seriously and aim to fix them as quickly as possible.
